Meet our leadership team
At Sky’s the Limit, we know that strong relationships and the right match make a meaningful difference. Our team of over 30 experienced support workers and staff bring a wide range of skills, backgrounds and perspectives, allowing us to match participants with people who align with their goals, preferences and needs.
Founder and Managing Director – Tim
Tim brings more than 30 years’ experience across the disability and community sectors, with a strong understanding of both service delivery and the NDIS. His work has included supporting people through disability sport, recreation and community participation, giving him insight into the practical barriers people face in everyday life.
Tim has been legally blind since birth. As an NDIS participant himself, Tim brings lived experience of disability that informs Sky’s the Limit’s approach to inclusive, practical and capacity-building supports. His lived experience informs Sky’s the Limit’s focus on building confidence, practical skills and independence, and on working in genuine partnership with participants. Sky’s the Limit was established to reflect this approach in practice.
Client Services Manager - Sheree
Sheree works closely with participants and families to understand goals, preferences and support needs. She plays a key role in matching participants with support workers who align with their strengths, routines and aspirations, and in supporting relationships to develop over time.
Her focus is on consistency, clear communication and supports that help participants feel confident, respected and in control.
Finance Manager – Sally
Sally oversees financial operations at Sky’s the Limit, ensuring transparency, accuracy and reliability across all services. Her role supports participants and families to feel confident about how supports are managed and funded, and ensures systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
Operations Manager – Lauren
Lauren is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational systems that support Sky’s the Limit Disability Services. This includes managing internal processes, maintaining our website and digital platforms, and coordinating communications such as social media.
Her role helps ensure information is clear and accessible, systems run smoothly, and the team is well supported behind the scenes, allowing staff to focus on delivering high-quality, participant-centred supports
How we support people through the NDIS
At Sky’s the Limit, we work in partnership with people using the NDIS to design supports that reflect individual goals, strengths and everyday life. We focus on practical, meaningful supports that build confidence and skills, and that can adapt as goals change over time.
We also work collaboratively with families and support coordinators to ensure supports are well planned, consistent and aligned with NDIS plans.
